[libxfce4mcs] Errors building rpms

Hello:

Just tried doing a 'make rpm' on libxfce4mcs. It's quite broken. I
managed a couple of fixes (see attached patch files) but am still left
with the following errors:

warning: Installed (but unpackaged) file(s) found:
   /usr/include/xfce4/xfce-mcs-manager/manager-plugin.h
   /usr/lib/libxfce4mcs/settings/gtk_theme_plugin.a
   /usr/lib/libxfce4mcs/settings/gtk_theme_plugin.la
   /usr/lib/libxfce4mcs/settings/gtk_theme_plugin.so

I am not very familiar with spec files, so I am not sure how to fix
these.

Next I will try 'make rpm' on the other modules to see what breaks.
