	Just for completeness sake, it would be a very good idea to release the
latest version of XFce3 to the world.  There's been a TON of work done
on xftree and I seem to remember some other things.  I understand that
the fun is in XFce4 but we really need to get XFce3 to a state of
"final" completeness.

	Unless someone wants to take over the maintenance of the v3 tree a la
the way the Linux kernel is maintained.
