commit bde7495e6c18446b0c04884e1b688984cde60cdb

Implement -b, --blocked-uris command line option

Using a regular expression of blocked URIs makes it possible to
restrict the locations that can be visited. Any URI matching
the expression will be replaced with "http://.invalid".

The option works in --app and normal mode.
