Wow! I had no idea SVG themes were even possible in xfwm4/xfwl4.

I think a great first step towards a more DPI-flexible future would be for
someone to actually mention this at https://wiki.xfce.org/howto/xfwm4_theme
where there's currently not a word about it.

Doing so would encourage more theme authors to try this out so that by the
time someone has availability to implement a dynamic resizing feature there
will actually be themes that benefit from it.
