Hi,

the linked article explains the wanted function of »cascading« with »this cascades windows« without describing, what »cascading« actually means.

If I would have to guess I would say "no, xfwm4 doesn't have this inbuild, use xdotool or something like this", but without description, what »cascading« means, I can't offer any hint.

Also, if this is a windowing API call, shouldn't you look into the GTK/Qt/<toolkit> documentation?
