Why is this not showing up in Thunar context menu?

First, Did you make your file executable?  Second, did you set the
proper ‘Appearance Conditions’, from its tab?

I tried something as:

--8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8---
#!/usr/bin/bash
File=$1
emacsclient "$1"
--8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8---

And it worked properly, so the Bash code is correct.
