Why is this not showing up in Thunar context menu?

Hi All,

Fedora 43
Xfce 4.18

<MailToBB.sh >
#!/usr/bin/bash
File=$1
betterbird -compose attachment="$File"
</MailToBB.sh >

The above works from the command line

Why is this not showing up in the right click context
menu?  Rebooting did not help.

Let me know if the attachment does not show up
showing my settings.
