Newbie - Clipman doesn't work after 4.18 upgrade

I don't have any specific advice unfortunately, but a new clipman
version (1.6.4) was just released with a bundle of bug fixes. Maybe
one of those bugs was affecting you?
Alternatively, try launching clipman from a terminal to see if there is
any useful error output to be had.
