Panel window buttons row size

If I am not mistaken the change comes from https://gitlab.xfce.org/xfce/xfce4-panel/-/commit/f26352af0ce66307c69ae6112e386e1a5716f06d
"default button size is increased from 25 to 32 pixels"
32 * 2 = 64
