localized thunar?

Is there a localized thunar? Especially I am looking for thunar in German.

Other XFCE programs are localized, e.g. when I run:
LANGUAGE=de_DE:de xfce4-terminal
then I see German menus:

In opposite to:
LANGUAGE=de_DE:de thunar
there are the standard english menus:

I have also testet it with the environment variables LANG and LC_ALL
without success. 

I am using xubuntu 18.04 and have installed:

I see:
