more/other window manager themes (window title colour)?

I have just installed Linux Mint with XFCE.
In this release all window manager themes have grey or green window titles.
But I prefer blue (for the window which has the focus), like the "Moheli"
theme from Xubuntu 18.04. 

How can I add more/other window manager themes?
Or (how) can I just change the window title background colour?

I have looked with Settings->Window Manager->Style

Linux Mint has no additional XFCE theme packages installable with apt.
