Anybody know what happened to Weather Report?

I have 3 computers running XFCE -- a desktop (Debian Buster), an RPi (Pi OS), and a laptop (Debian Buster).

I have 2 Internet connections -- a pretty well filtered T1 (but WR was working there a few days ago), and a almost completely unfiltered Ethernet drop from the apartment building's WiFi network.

I've tried different location (in Colorado and Texas).

I just put WR on the laptop, and it found the location it liked (Ft. Collins, Colorado, USA) and it found the one I entered (Boulder, Colorado).

As best I can remember, there've been no updates recently to XFCE.

All of them say "No Data."

Thoughts?
