Up arrow not working

Hi guys,

Haven't used xfce in a long time. I just installed it in an old laptop
and looks great.

The issue I'm facing is with the Up arrow. Is not working. Please look
at this test:

amijares at aba:~ % # down arrow
amijares at aba:~ % cat
^[[B^C
amijares at aba:~ % # right arrow
amijares at aba:~ % cat
^[[C^C
amijares at aba:~ % # left arrow
amijares at aba:~ % cat
^[[D^C
amijares at aba:~ % # down arrow
amijares at aba:~ % cat
^C
amijares at aba:~ %

As you can see, when I press the Up arrow nothing happens. I already
checked config options in xfce control panel and all looks good.

In the terminal, with no X running, it works.

My system is FreeBSD 12.1-RELEASE-p2
Xfce 4.14
