shutdown works on 2nd try

Hi,

i tried to open a bug at bugzilla but that thing is past and somehow i did
not manage to open it in gitlab.

The problem is that when i click 'Shut down' in XFCE i hear a beap and the
dialog disappears but nothing happens. Then again when i go trough
Applications/Log Out/Shut Down the pc ends correctly.

What could be the problem here?
