Thunar: disable thumbnails just for PDFs

Ops, just saw that tumbler.r already had an entry for PopplerThumbnailer
at the very bottom .. though still does not work for me. :-\

I just added an overview on available thumbnailers / supported formats
to the Wiki: https://docs.xfce.org/xfce/thunar/tumbler

If anybody knows more details (supported formats, required packages ),
please fill all the gaps I left !
