If I could figure out how to get 4.12 on to Fedora 29 and not have dnf
upgrade it to 4.13, life would be beautiful.

Otherwise, Fedora 29 and Mate or Fedora 28 and 4.12.  But Fedora 28
is getting close to end of life.

And I am sorry, but gnome is just weird for the sake of weirdness.
