PS:
When I was a child no computers existed in any private household, but we
already had a saying:
"to have to worm sth. out of sb. jdm. die Würmer aus der Nase ziehen müssen"
Troubleshooting as well as communication already existed way before the
first home computer was available.
If you go to the doctor, you won't ask to get back "human function", you would
explain what function is broken, e.g.
I can't move my arm. It doesn't hurt, if I try to do it, it's impossible to
move the arm, nothing happens if I try to move my arm.
You are the expert for the issue you experience, it isn't the doctor who
knows what you experience. After the communication the doctor might know
more than you, but in the first place, you are the one who knows the most
and you are the one who needs to describe the details.
