Meanwhile I have upgraded from Xubuntu 16.04 to 18.04 (Xfce 4.12) and
again the window manager keys are gone :-(

There is no action on keys like
[Alt] [F4]
[Alt] [F6]
[Ctrl] [F1]
[Ctrl] [F2]
..

So, I even cannot switch the workspaces with the keyboard, but has to use
the mouse. This is very annoying.

With xfce4-settings-manager I have set [Window Manger] [Reset to Defaults]
but without success :-(

What can I do?
