Primary display hard-coded to right one problem

So this is present since ages in different places [1][2][3]. And on a
laptop having to move the panel each time one plugs into a display is
rather time-consuming and really gets in the way of workflow, something
probably against the XFCE philosophy of 'not getting in the way'...

So, I'm just wondering if this will ever be addressed. Also the Displays
configuration GUI is actually misleading in enabling one to set a screen
as 'primary', even when the 'secondary' is moved to the left.

Lorenzo.
