Automatic xrandr call when plug monitor

Hello,

I use two monitors : laptop and above an external one.

I have configured this layout in xfce4-display-settings and it is
working if I power on the laptop when the external monitor plugged.

However, if I unplug and replug the external monitor, I have mirror
screens. At this point, I use xrandr to set the layout :

xrandr --output DP-1-2 --above eDP-1

I would like this command to be launched each time I plug the external
monitor.

Is it possible in Xfce?
