Thanks, I've don't see the relation with kernel version.
I had the problem with 4.4-lowlatency and below (I use lowlatency for 
some reason). Don't tested with 4.8 generic.
note: my workaround don't work with 4.4.0-96-lowlatency, but did work 
with 4.4.0-93-lowlatency.
