I can not deliberately reproduce it.  It happens when I am
am trying to scroll quickly to a section of a document.

I am scroll all I want on the blank desktop and nothing happens.

I can not find a "Workspace Switcher".  I have a "workspace", but it
does not have the switch you mention.  I also only run one desktop.
Maybe that is why.

It lays in wait for me!  As I said I can not deliberately reproduce it.
