Exo 0.10.8 release with small fixes possible? (was: Missing icon for Mail Reader in application menu)

Looking further into this, Exo 0.10.7 is the latest *stable* version.

The file `NEWS` [3] mentions, that this is fixed in the development 
release 0.11.5, and references bug report #13711 (Replace internet-mail 
icon by freedesktop.org compliant icon) [4].

Comment #4 [1] says *emblem-mail* is still not the correct icon, but I 
haven’t checked.

So my question, does it make sense to release 0.10.8 with small fixes, 
or is that not planned?

Should I opened a bug report for that?
