right click on desktop; how to modify?

Hi All,

When I right click on the desktop, I get a context menu with "open Terminal here".   It defaults to my desktop.

How do I edit the command line to add "--default-working-directory=/home/Todd" to the run line (or other)?

And how do I add additional items to this menu?
