Three nines: 1 - 6/(24*365) = 0.99931507

On the larger point of backup, clearly Xfce _could_ move to a site 
such as sourceforge or github where backup is part of the deal. But 
I'm not arguing for that; everything seems to have gone very nicely 
so far.
