notifications parameters not applied

Hello,

In Parameters => Notifications, when I change 
Theme/Position/Timeout/Opacity, nothing is applied.
Notifications continue to appear during ~10 seconds in a dark theme in 
the upper right corner.

More than that, when I click Preview I get a normal GTK window :



Any idea why ?
