Show only applications on right click

I have a silly question that I need to get the answer for.

I am aware that 3 minutes after posting I will find the answer. Sorry for
that, but after looking for over an hour and searching Google, I am
need an answer.

On my main machine when I right click I only see the applications. However
on a new install I also see things that concern the desktop, like 'Arrange
Desktop Icons' and 'Create Launcher ....'

At the end I then have 'Applications' that the shows all the applications.

I know there is a toggle somewhere that I need to enable or disable in the
settings, but I am unable to find it. To be clear: I do ONLY want to show
the applications and not the desktop things. I am able to turn off the
Applications in the menu when I right click, but not leave them on and
disable the rest.

Any help would be apriciated.
