Terminal window truncating output

The more I look at it, the more interesting this gets.  I have many 
terminals open.  Some just a single window, some with tabs.  Some wrap 
just fine, some truncate.

I am running Fedora 21.

I have resized my screen and that might have something to do with it.  
Newly opened terminals are wrapping.  Old ones are not.
