ANNOUNCE: xfce4-pulseaudio-plugin 0.1.0 released

Hi all,

many thanks for the release. I've just compiled it on my debian jessie and
it just works as expected.

If I may suggest some features...
- Output device selector (I saw a nice one on the cinnamon volume tray icon)
- Mute/Unmute
