My window resizes when I hit screen edge

Hi All,

Xfce 4.10

If I am resizing or dragging a window and I accidentally hit
the screen's edge, the windows will automatically resize on
me to full size horizontal and half size vertical.

Is there a way to stop this annoying behavior?  It is obnoxious.
