compiled plugins don't show

Figured them out:
# rpmbuild --rebuild xfce4-datetime-plugin-0.6.2-2.fc20.src.rpm

# rpmbuild --rebuild xfce4-notes-plugin-1.7.7-8.fc20.src.rpm
