compiled plugins don't show

Hi All,

HELP!

THE NOTES ONE IS CRITICAL AS IT HAS MY WORK SCHEDULE IN IT!


I just upgraded to Scientific Linux 7.1 (RHEL clone) and
Xfce 4.10.1.

I installed Xfce with "yum --eanblerepo=epel* groupinstall xfce"

Problem: I just downloaded xfce4-datetime-plugin-0.6.1.tar.bz2
and xfce4-notes-plugin-1.8.1.tar.bz2

I did the "./configure; make; make install" on the both of
them.  All went well.

Problem: where are they?  When I go to add new item, they
are not in the list.  I even rebooted, twice?

How do I get these to show up?
