Found...the accounts' data is stored in:

~/.config/goa-1.0/accounts.conf which looks like:

[Account account_1427214400_0]
Provider=owncloud
Identity=gour
PresentationIdentity=gour at owncloud.server.domain
CalendarEnabled=true
ContactsEnabled=true
DocumentsEnabled=true
FilesEnabled=true
Uri=https://owncloud.server.domain/
AcceptSslErrors=false

and as soon as I add a new entry in the file and save it, Thunar immediately
recognizes new accounts and puts its entry under Devices section which means
that if someone with enough skills would wrote simple app to enter data about
ownCloud accounts, it could be said that Xfce 'has integrated support for
OC. ;)

Sincerely,
Gour
