How to set keyboard shortcuts in xfce4-terminal?

You fall over the feature of changable menu accelerators. In menus
(provided by gtk2) you can hover over a menu item and just press a key
with or without modifiers to assign the short cut to this item. To
delete one, you have to press »del«.
