In my experience it has been far from "stable" and I hear the same
from fellow Linux users that have tried it. Also, from
https://www.archlinux.org/about/ : "Arch strives to stay bleeding
edge."

Now, how does a "stable rolling release" stay "on the bleeding edge"? :)
