May I suggest you announce it on the xfce-i18n list a few day
beforehand, so that translators get a chance to chime in? Two weeks
time would be ideal.

I would gladly contribute a Romanian translation, but your message
suggests it's quite unlikely that a new release will happen in the
near future.
