Local colorschemes doesn't work?

I have created a colorschemes using the ones that came from the
package, and put it on
`~/.config/xfce4/terminal/colorschemes/custom.theme`, but it doesn't
appear in the presets.

Copying the same file over
`/usr/share/xfce4/terminal/colorschemes/custom.theme` works.

Is this a bug or the desired behaviour?
