Maximize a tiled window

Hello Hassen,

This is a problem with the implementation. If you drag a window to the 
site so it becomes half maximized, the flag »maximize_vertically« is 
set. Alt + F10 just toggles this and not the »maximize_horizontally«, 
but both are needed for a window to become maximzed.
