I actually have the same issues with xfce4-screenshooter, so I guess
that this has less to do specifically with the weather plugin than
with how recent versions of automake should be used. Or perhaps
something is messed up on my system. But I've never encountered
anything similar before---./autogen.sh always had the same predictable
effect---so I'm not sure on how to proceed.
