ANNOUNCE: midori 0.4.6 released

  Hello!
  It looks like Midori-0.4.6 is still as slow as the previous one.
Unfortunately. Maybe it is related to GTK3 somehow?
  Midori-0.4.4 was even slower than that, but as far as I recall,
v.0.4.3 worked fine (from this particular point of view).

  The problem is that after the user makes some actions (page refresh,
for example), Midori starts to consume almost 100% of CPU and continues
to do so for some time after the page is loaded. Looks weird.
