How di I turn off hover click?

I upgraded to ubuntu 12.04 server with a clean install and added
xubuntu-desktop.  When I login to xfce 4.8 I see a keyboard and something
called hover click.  This is new to me.  Apparently this auto-clicks on
things if I leave my cursor over a link for too long.  It is driving me
crazy.  How do I turn it off?
