Remember 'Always on visible workspace'

Hi there,

I use XFCE 4.10 and I need terminal to be visible on every workspace. Every
time I start the terminal I go and check the option 'Always on visible
workspace'. Is there a way to save this option and next time I reboot and
start the terminal it will be visibale on all workspaces?
