[Xfce 4.8] - Panels Are Unstable And Crash Frequently ?

Hi,

I installed xubuntu 11.10 64Bit (has Xfce 4.8 desktop environment).
Seems like panels are unstable and crash frequently when customizing them?

An example:
- Install xubuntu 11.10 64Bit
- Update xubuntu 11.10 64Bit
- Delete bottom panel
- Create new panel on bottom
- Add "Applications Menu" to new bottom panel
(panel crashes here and new bottom panel disappears)

Any plans to update panels to correct these bugs?
