Thunar upgrade

In order to get the latest XFCE packages in Xubuntu 12.10 (such as
Thunar in this case), you need to add the Xubuntu developers PPA.  You
can do so by just running this:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:xubuntu-dev/xfce-4.12 -y && sudo apt-get
update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade -y
