'xfce4-display-settings -m' uses wrong resolution

When I bring up 'xfce4-display-settings -m' on my laptop with an HDTV
connected and choose "Both displays cloned", the resolution on the laptop
and the HDTV is 1024x768.  I can change the resolutions to 1366x768 with
'xfce4-display-settings', but can 'xfce4-display-settings -m' be made to
always use 1366x768 when switching screens?
