ANNOUNCE: Xfce 4.10pre1 released

Can someone please do a release of all panel plugins (xfce4-*-plugin) ?

I would like to update to 4.10pre, but the package manager is blocking
the process, basically because =libxfce4util-4.8* is indirectly pulled
into the dependency graph by some plugins.

(=libxfce4util-4.8* is required by libxfcegui4 which is deprecated and
required by current versions of some plugins)
