how do I start xfce-notes-plugin at startup?

Okay.  Now I understand.  Unfortunately, Xfce-notes-plugin does start and
displays an icon in Panel 2.  What I want if for my notes to also open
automatically.  The plugin is already running, so the start up trick in not
applicable.  :'(
