Rodent 4.7.2 in the oven

A critical bug has been fully identified in Rodent 4.7.0 and 4.7.1 and will
affect users with bookmarks which do not exist on the filesystem when the
popup menu is summoned. This may happen with an gvfs smb:// path or a local
path that no longer exists (for example, if you eliminate the "directories
for dummies" created by some file managers to put your videos, documents,
downloads and the like, but do not eliminate the bookmarks).

Because of a misplaced line of code, a double free will ensue and this will
cause a crash somewhere down the road.

The fix is already in the repository and will be shipped with 4.7.2 as soon
as the release is prepared. Thanks to Liviu and Populus for the
identification of this bug.

As a bonus, release 4.7.2 will have an enhanced dotdesktop plugin, with more
informative applications menu (see
http://xffm.foo-projects.org/snapshots/dotdesktop-3.png ) and dot-desktop
file (launcher) popups (see
http://xffm.foo-projects.org/snapshots/dotdesktop-4.png ).

regards,

Edscott
