settings manager

Hi;

I seem to have lost the main menu entry for settings-manager. I'm 
running xfce4-4.8.0 with panel 4.8.4 and settings 4.9.0 .

I can run settings-manager from the command line, so it exists.

Where should the menu entry for setting-manager be found, and how do I 
restore it?

On SuSE 11.4,
