Duplicate entries on menu/submenus

If I remember correctly, you build a lot of stuff willy-nilly 
from source and (partially) overwrite system stuff sometimes,
so have a look in /usr/local/share/applications/ and 
$HOME/.local/share/applications/ for duplicate desktop files.
